One of those photos that a family keeps but was taken so long ago that no one really remembers who each person in this photo was.
It says on the back of the photo George and Elizabeth 1901.
I do know that they were my great - grandparents, but which of the people in the photo that it might be??
George and Elizabeth were headed for Canada, from London England. George though died before they got there. Elizabeth, pregnant at the time with my grandmother went to Canada anyway, along with here two sons. Soon after arrival in Montreal, she met and married, and raised her children with Adam on a farm in south west Manitoba.
